Growing up and having lived in Brussels, Belgium, a cultural melting pot, for over 20 years, Esther Scholte-Patterson, a German and Dutch native, daughter of two European Union translators and the owner of TransSense, was able to enjoy an international setting from a young age and get in touch with many different cultures and their respective characteristics.
Therefore, learning different languages, understanding people of different origins and facilitating communication has always come natural to Esther and developed into a passion and her primary interest.
A Graduate Degree in Translation as well as extensive studies in Interpreting and a Minor in Law from Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken, Germany were a logical conclusion.
Due to experience in various fields such as conference interpreting, translation of legal, medical, political, cultural, advertisement and humanitarian texts, the latter as a result of translating as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Germany for years, certificates, computer games, etc., TransSense can offer its services to a broad field of companies and individuals.
